- Felt like a bro culture during my time there
- Cronyism and nepotism, so good luck getting a promotion to Senior or higher level role
- Turnover rate
- Pay was low compared to same role of other neighboring companies
- Lacks cognitive diversity (not to be mistaken by the other definition of diversity, they're good on that). - They seem to hire like minded mannerism
- Some of the people who's been there for decades or longer are stuck with their outdated ways of thinking
- Some of the new people there were left to be guessing around and figuring things out themselves
- 20+ years and still acts like a startup
