      Pros

      It's a great company to work for with great benefits. Great end of the year bonuses. They do promote from within quite a bit.

      Cons

      You are sometimes at a disadvantage when it comes to pay scale when moving within the company as opposed to being hired from outside. It can be hard to move up in certain positions.

      Pros

      The company is very good about taking care of its employees. Employees are recognized for the things that they do. Watchfire is also great about understanding that the employees have families and are quick to remind you that you need to put your family first.

      Cons

      Some of the social events are on weeknights when some of the employees are out of town.
