Very toxic place where only “ring kissers” advance. Real talent does not stay around too long.

Great coworkers, Great schedule 4 on and 4 off

Cons

Poor management, buddy buddy system, not a real railroad or terminal you do more cutting grass and painting then actual work, loss ethanol and crude contracts with mecuria
