      Knowing That Everyone values you inside the company and out, not knowing if someone is new, a foreman, a manager, a gm, a vice president, a president, or a ceo during conversations then finding out their position is definitely a plus. Also Loving going to work vs just going through the motions everyday makes a world of a difference.
