      Decent salary offer and options for bonuses

      Cons

      They will lie to you to get you to sign on the dotted line by promising flexible schedules, hybrid work, and being family friendly. Then threaten your employment status when they change the rules on scheduling and flexible schedules. They also have no formal training and throw you to the wolves to see if you can make it or not. You're also supposed to be grateful for the whatever training they do offer, saying that not everyone gets direct training from the person who is an expert on the program they're training you on. Finally, they don't assist you on getting set up with computer programs, benefits, or navigating you thru the office rules, but get very upset with you if you don't already know how everything works.

      Pros

      Watco has good benefits and has supported team members outside of the norm compared to most companies, and some managers and supervisors really live the founding principles but not all.

      Cons

      not fair when it comes to pay or the way they treat some people...especially if different from who they like. It's not all managers, but it's enough to make you not want to work there and the heads don't seem to care to correct it. Maybe sensitivity training or a spring cleaning of bad seeds would help.

      Pros

      The pay was nice and there where a few nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Schedule always changing, everyone and especially the management seamed like they were out to get you. There was multiple groups and you felt like you had to be in one for your job safety.
