Ability to improve their processes, schedule flexibility

Cons

Pay, Management, Can't work from home (without scrutiny), Covid policies, very political atmosphere (both in how you are able to talk with management, and it is very clear which political party all of top management is), lack of diversity (especially with top management), lack of trust.
