Guaranteed hours , a lot of days off due to the schedule. Eoweo schedule .. Potential for overtime if wanted but hard labor unloading crude trains

Cons

Weather conditions and psychical work 6 men to offload 110 rail cars Everyone who works there is easy to get along with and very friendly. Laid back environment

Pros

It will pay the bills. HR will post on here and try to lie about the job so you don't realize it's trash

Cons

Long hours switching in bad conditions. If you do your job well you will end up doing some one else's job to. The managers expect you to break rules to get the job done in a timely manner but soon as you get on there bad side they secretly watch you with safety and get you fired. On top of all that you make so much less then a class one it's sad you are lucky to get a 1.5 yearly raise and there's no sick time so just don't get sick.
