Pros

Work with good people. I love the work hate the pay. I wish we were still kinder morgan. They might not have appreciated their employees but you could get a lot more overtime and the benefits were a lot better

Cons

Our terminal was bought out at the end of last year. All the overtime has stopped. Can't find anywhere that takes the insurance. And a bunch of new useless rules. And from every thing I have read about them I need to find a new job and soon. Before the buy out all you heard was how much better it was going to be. I have yet to see one pro.

Pros

The pay is good if you work contracted in one of the refineries. Benefits are good.

Cons

Heard the pay was lacking outside refinery positions with Watco. Lots of talk - little to no action. Cover yourself, watch your 6.
