Pricey Menu, Alot of business men and lawyers and potential to build regulars

Cons

The company doesnt care about you making money, They dont give tables when its slow and are really bas about cutting. There will be 22 covers and they will make two bartenders come in even though they require 5 years of experience. Extremely high bartender turnover rate, you will most likely need a second job
