Good overall learning grounds but not for long. Stay for 6 mos but move on.

Cons

Management in both front and back of house is extremely unprofessional and act as bullies. They gang up on you and play games to mess you up in the middle of a rush, all while you're just trying to work and it's extremely hard work. Management sucks.

This could be a pro depending on your salesmanship abilities, but sections are given exclusively based on sales performance. Best sales = best sections.
