1. Hires both new educated and people with years of experience 2. Good payment and benefits, as well as good understanding of employees needs for doing there job 3. when you are done for the day you are done.

Cons

The catering food is not that bad or super, but mostly you get the canteen food of other companies while doing service.

I've only been with Waters for a month, but they seem like a great company to work for. My boss has been super helpful in getting my training scheduled and get me in the field to work with other Technicians. I think I'm going to love it here!

Cons

There is travel involved, which can be a con for some.
