The people you will work with day to day are fantastic. They have passion and dedication.

Cons

There are no growth opportunities. Everything is very siloed and you will never fully understand the bigger picture or even have basic communication between teams. Leadership (VP and higher) have absolutely no idea what they are doing or how the decisions they make impact the business. Leadership positions are awarded based on being a member of "the club" and the bar for success is so low that if you go in and do an amazing job ... nobody will notice and when you leave nobody will care.
