The salary and benefits are good. My immediate supervisor is supportive of balancing work with family life.

Cons

The company undertakes surveillance of employee past, the identity of family members and their medical history on joining. In my opinion to an excessive level Poor onboarding and zero handover. High bureaucracy and resistance to change as in any big company.
