      Pros

      There is a family atmosphere amongst the employees. People appear to care. Successes are shared. Central location makes travel easy.

      Cons

      Less talk and more action. It appears that the focus for the company has moved from customers to documentation and management bonuses.

      Best place for aspiring engineers who want to become experts in some of the niche skill areas in the world of Lab systems. Technologically Superior products that rule the Labs of the world. You are respected when you work for the products. Apart from Engineering and Data solutions for Labs, one will learn about customer handling skills and overall will mould one to be an entrepreneur.

      Cons

      Mostly Field job, some find it difficult to have work life balanced.
