You get a free mug when you join.

Cons

Since starting Colleagues will throw you under the bus and give little to no guidance on the product, they avoid you like the plague. Depending on your level, you are supposed to have a mentor but that's not true. In my experience, I have had less than a handful of mob sessions in over a year. Each one lasting no more than a few hours. And you are magically expected to reach the same standard as those within the company for 20+ years.
