Pros
Good pay with overtime opportunities. Colleagues are all friendly. Work is easy once you are familiar with it. Plenty of internal opportunities if you're talented. New building with good facilities.
Cons
Work is interesting to begin with but quickly becomes repetitive. Bit old school when it comes to management, e.g. No flexible working - as long as you're in the building you're OK even if you're unproductive. Slightly strange culture of separate teams with no real introduction. There will be people you regularly see and unless you introduce yourself they will remain strangers. New employees are on more than older ones. And there seems to be an understanding that each year you will get a real-terms pay cut that punishes staying long term.
