What a wonderful opportunity to get to work at this organization. These are one group of hard working individuals, with absolutely great attitudes and qualities. Everyone works hard towards the common goal of fulfilling great customer service while respecting each other and working together as a team. There seems to be a lot of room for growth and promotions from within. Promotion emails are a constant reminder that hard work pays off. What amazes me about Watkins is that in the face of a global pandemic and the uncertainty of the times this organization chose to thrive. They managed to not only maintain jobs for their employees but also offer new jobs to those seeking employment like myself. The resiliency is felt everywhere I am so proud to be a part of this team. Amazing culture and great place to continue your growth. They are very generous with their benefits and they offer a lot of opportunities for personal growth and wellness. Excited to keep growing and learning!
