Pros

Watkins is a fast-paced, results-based company that maintains a talented workforce. It is also a friendly company that cares about their employees and strives for a work/life balance. The products and culture are very interesting and makes a great place for career growth.

Cons

Watkins has grown so fast that not all the systems have grown with it, and some systems are still not optimal. However, continuous improvement tools such as Kaizen and Root Cause analysis make it possible to close gaps that are identified.

The people who work at Watkins are what makes it such a great place to work for. Management encourages employees to communicate their ideas and tries to provide employees the information and resources they need to excel at their jobs. Training & tuition reimbursement opportunities. Many more!
