Pros

Good benefits and seemingly friendly environment. Nice offices. Ample parking space. Good level of stress, yet pace of progress is slow as there is focus on the minutiae. Company has good wellness program. MASCO affiliation. Rigorous processes.

Cons

If you’re not in the inner circle, then you’re fully out in the cold on your own! Claim a motto to make the best better, yet senior management is closed to new ideas, except the ones they are inclined to listen to. Gossip. No proper feedback mechanism. Parochial company. Strong hierarchy, and an unwritten rule to respect it!

Pros

Culture is incredible and the company respects you. You are truly made to feel appreciated and they embrace your ideas and career goals. CEO is caring and listens and doesn't sugar coat the bad stuff, he also quickly promotes the good stuff and remembers names of those around him.

Cons

There are no cons that I can speak to outside of not having a lot of avenues for career growth into management positions. Create more ladders of opportunity and your best employees will never leave.

People are very passionate about they do here. It feels like you are part of a family. They take very good care of their employees, and really want their people to grow and succeed.

Cons

It's a relatively small company in a niche industry, so opportunities for long term growth can seem somewhat limited, though they strive to keep people challenged and satisfied in this regard.
