Watkins Wellness is in the wellness industry for the right reasons. They are not only focused on people's wellbeing but they also empower employee satisfaction on all levels. Watkins employees are equals and have unlimited resources and support from the organization and every individual. Salaries are competitive with additional bonus structures and other financial incentives, the workplace is created to be safe and to provide all the tools needed to do a great job. People at Watkins smile when they come to work! Watkins engages in the community and has frequent community events to make our surroundings a better place. Watkins Wellness deserves the title of best employer by the San Diego Union Tribune.
