The better the worker you are the quicker you will move up. The jobs they have to offer are not just good jobs they fun enjoyable jobs. It is nice to be able to enjoy what you are doing.

Cons

Communication. is. horrible. I am currently in a position that is hard to fill because its hard to find someone that can run thousands of thousands dollar machines without having to worry that they are going mess it up, which is very easy to do. So because of this I am having trouble being able to move up.
