Pros

Most co-workers were awesome! Some upper management were good to work for and actually listened to ideas, great lean manufacturing classes, and for the most part Watlow Controls, Columbia, MO are very supportive of their employees and try to be family oriented.

Cons

Are not consistent in policy violations. Sometimes very unorganized and indecisive. Very secretive at times with need to know information.

Growing company with lots of potential.

Cons

Outside of management, pay is awful. Benefits are the worst available in the industry. Management is incompetent at best. Plant is run out of favoritism, nepotism, and fear. No communication. Employees are continuously lied to and given false hope. Policies and decisions change like the wind.

It is very clean environment and good place to work as a team. People are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Hard to move present career to higher career even you have degree and higher level of practical experiences, because higher management doesn't care about them.
