      Company is better than most.

      Pros

      Team-base collaborative and constructive environment. Open door policy, politics kept to a minimum. Good safety culture, and take every injury seriously.

      Cons

      Pay for operators (and direct support) in Richmond, IL has been (strategically) lagging the market as these jobs are being sent to Mexico. This has resulted in high turnover and years of forced overtime for operators, team leads, supervisors, and technicians. Used to be good manufacturing jobs here...last few years, not so much.
