Pros
-A focused vision and a strong, realistic plan to reach it. -The CEO is one of the most humble individuals I've ever met. A true servant leader. -There is tremendous opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. -Flexible schedules -The on-site clinics are available to both team members and their immediate families which can greatly reduce medical costs -The new ATC in St. Louis is world-class and so is the cafe (prime rib days are the best!)
Cons
Not many. The work associated with reaching the bold vision can be daunting at times at the individual level, but it is looked at by team members as a challenge to be embraced rather than a burden. It's an exciting time.
