Awesome team members to work with for the most part. A lot of 1st positions.

Low pay Doesn't take care of long term employees You must lack common courtesy to be promoted If you're full of BS you're sure to be promoted High turn over Crazy amount of overtime Takes raises from long term employees to increase wages for new team members Judges people's intelligence of appearance They have the worst HR Department Favoritism No accountability

Most co-workers were awesome! Some upper management were good to work for and actually listened to ideas, great lean manufacturing classes, and for the most part Watlow Controls, Columbia, MO are very supportive of their employees and try to be family oriented.

Cons

Are not consistent in policy violations. Sometimes very unorganized and indecisive. Very secretive at times with need to know information.
