If you have to have a job, it’s a good place to work until you find anything else

Cons

Poor management, Have to do the work of multiple people without any additional compensation. Safety is not a priority for upper management. You are treated as a number and not a person.

Nice work environment. Supervisors in the RnD sector were helpful and truly cared about their product.

Cons

Was stone walled in pay regardless of previous experience or what I was able to demonstrate during my time there. Ultimately leading to my departure. In fighting between departments. Upper management is out of touch with all sectors at the head quarters between manufacturing, engineering and RnD leading to issues that arouse from poor communication as well as a physical break in understanding who was doing what at different levels in the departments.
