      Pros

      Benefits, Pay, Company Culture. Lots of autonomy, no micro-management as long as work was completed.

      Cons

      Location, tough to get there if you don't live in the heart of the city.

      Pros

      A unique company culture that incorporates Agile in their teams. Open space setting with standing tables. Co-workers are professional, polite, and hardly squabble. Company leadership are accessible and have an open door policy.

      Cons

      Healthcare is very expensive and could be better. Needs to improve flexibility to work from home. Not enough performance evaluations done.

      Pros

      - Startup-like culture within a large company (for tech) - Engineers are given a lot of autonomy. Although this depends on your team - Performance is recognized and rewarded - Fast-paced - Good work-life balance; not a lot of overtime Overall, it's a good company to work for. Although it's not as competitive as software companies in terms of work flexibility, perks, and salary.

      Cons

      - Health insurance could be better - Not much work flexibility. Have to be in office by 9AM - No investment in learning. A tech company should at least provide something like a Pluralsight subscription
