      The work is challenging and fast-paced, but the people and culture make coming to the office and collaborating with a team something I look forward to every day.

      Pros

      Coconut Grove is an amazing place to work. My coworkers through Watsco Ventures are young, full of life, and willing to introduce each other to new tech/ideas/food. There are opportunities to occasionally work remotely, which is a great plus too.

      Cons

      Parking can be a pain, but you get better spots if you stay at the company longer. It's also not a bad place to bike or walk to, depending on where you live.
