      - There is lack of communication from the management team - They do not have a formal review and raise process done - Company benefits are very poor - No growth opportunities - Management does not have the proper skill set to train and coach employees to better themselves

      Old school company to work for. Leadership needs to change in order for the company to catch up.

      Pros

      Stable company that has no losses and has a strong business model which allows the company to grow. However, none of the growth and success of the company is translated into the company's employees or their benefits. Pro is the company isn't going anywhere.

      Cons

      Company is outdated and stuck in the past and will not modernize for their corporate employees. Watsco Ventures is a completely separate company run by different people; be weary of the positive reviews you read on Glassdoor if it comes from Watsco Ventures. The two companies are run completely differently. Watsco Corporate has little to no flexibility and is a very hierarchy type of environment. Benefits are very bad borderline non existent (in terms of 401K match, PTO or Holidays).
