      Pros

      The job is pretty easy compared to other customer service jobs. Work/life balance has been the most valuable thing about the job. Watts as a company is good to work for. I wouldn't recommend the St.Pauls NC location.

      Cons

      Leadership is awful. The people that don't work are praised and the employees that work hard get more work added to their load. The pay is not fair. No room to grow.
