Nothing at all. Hours capped, no way to advance.

This place is the worst place I have worked. They start you cheap at 25 an hour, they start their operators right around there and they are not required to bring their own tools. Don't worry, you'll have the opportunity to get a pay bump of 2.5% at the end of your first year. Don't spend that whopping $.62 all in one spot now. No plans to keep up with inflation. Also, hope you have at least 2 wrenches from 1/4-2 5/16s and power tools. They literally provide nothing, including power tools that will be stolen the moment you turn your back. You have heard this place is bad, just don't go and find out.
