Pros

The training is easy if you pay attention. The company really focuses on safety. As a former safety team member, I Understand why! It's a dangerous place to work because there are so many moving parts. But the overall job is fairly easy for those motivated. If you want an easy check, try McDonald's. This is grown folk work in a rough environment, but you are supplied with all proper ppe and other safety equipment at a moments notice.

Cons

Long hours, this job is not meant for those who aren't motivated to EARN a PHENOMENAL PAYCHECK!

I left because they told me they'd move me to 1st or 2nd shift after my 90 days but instead kept me on 3rd shift.

Ok money after being there for 10+ years. When they are busy they are busy.

Cons

A lot better jobs out there. Insurance is steep compared to other jobs. Demand too much out of each employee.
