Cons

It's pure chaos, but this cannot be avoided.

Safety is good healthcare is good and no druggies there. My boss was awesome actually my last 3 bosses there where very understanding

Initially the job was great, however, when bringing MAJOR issues to the attention of upper/senior management/ CEO even, they are so clueless and are only looking out for their good old boys network. WHAT A SHAME!

Cons

Management is BLIND to making money and fixing current issues. GOOD OLD BOYS CLUB in full effect here.
