Cons

It's a foundry and can get hot and dirty at times; however, the work is very exciting. If you aren't afraid of a challenge, it can be super rewarding.

The supervisors are good. The training is done very well. The pay is worth it.

If you are on the line, being on one machine the whole time can really make your body hurt and be very tiresome for the brain and body.
