Pros
Waupaca offered me an internship last summer. I learned so much and was doing a good job, they extended the internship opportunity until I graduated in December. From there, I was offered a full time position. They keep improving their benefits which is great. They have a great retirement plan and they have a free clinic which saves a lot of money. They are always looking to improve and one of the best parts about the job is that the CEO has an open door policy, so you can go chat with him whenever. I had a great experience transitioning from my internship to my full time position.
Cons
You do work a lot, but it is worth it. You get plenty of time off, you just need to plan it accordingly.
