      Insurance 401k decent pay willing to work with you and gain advancement all and all good solid job will be a lifer here

      Cons

      At first it's all about safety and how much you can make but rules come and go upper management isn't part of the everyday labor. Hard to advance

      Good money, NOT great money like it used to be because they cut working weekends out.

      Cons

      NEPOTISM & FAVORITISM! They are more worried about production ($) now than safety & quality, Also, ZERO training! They send u back & u either pick it up or u drown! Nothing like when I 1st started 2 yrs ago. Makes me sad b/c I truly loved that job at one point...
