      Managers are all cliquey, their too strict, they gossip too much, and did you ever hear the saying "the pot calling the kettle black" the store is famous for their DO THINGS RIGHT bs, yet NOBODY IS DOING IT, esp management, nobody takes responsability for their wrongdoings, and their horrible to disabled workers, they make fun of them, they bully them....

      They have a very good customer base who have been mislead to believe Wawa's associates are being treated well.

      Cons

      Management treats everyone like an imbecile regardless of their experience or background. There is a constant push to do more and more...faster and faster. As soon as an error is made, management swoops in swiftly to locate and prostate their "incompetent" associates. Write-ups are very routine and firings occur regularly. It is a horrible work environment.
