Pros

Flexible schedules, extra hours due to call outs, fun people, work environment, company cares about employees.

Cons

Employees in general. Some who get hired are complete wastes of time and money for the company. Some favoritism is played. Every now and then you come across a bad manager that makes working here suck.

Friendly environment, flexible schedule, excellent way to enhance your interpersonal skills

Cons

Health insurance is near impossible to obtain. I worked at Wawa for over a year and qualified for health insurance for 3 weeks before my hours were cut and I was kicked off.
