Pros

-Great work environment. -Good pay. -Great co-workers. -Discounts on some Wawa product. (excludes Wawa brand drinks.) -Free coffee and fountain drinks when working. -Fast pace, makes time fly. -Have a job in this economy

Cons

-Work load can be unbearable at times. -Some management only see you as a machine and not a person. -Can be really repetitive. -You do see some favoritism. -Wawa has a point system called "Goosebumps" that allow you to purchase items such as t-shirts, movie tickets, and music players but you will rarely see it. -Late night you might have to deal with some rude people. -People that smoke get three to six smoke breaks a shift, while non-smokers still have to work.

Cons

Shifts are late at night or early in the morning When you work with people who don't know what they're doing, it can be stressful Shifts are often ran shorthanded Many double standards or gray areas Many managers who were hired in rather than working their way up have no clue what they're doing
