The labor management is a joke, if you plan on working there be prepared to do the work of 5 people. Which should make you look good right? Wrong! You'll have managers make excuses why you can't move up or get a pay raise, let alone any respect or appreciation. Meanwhile management does the work of 0.5 workers and most of the time asked me how to do the things they are supposed to. It's a bad place to work unless you can convince yourself that 5 people's worth of work is worth doing for crap pay

Dealing with fellow employees gets stressful. Constant call outs puts more pressure on the rest of the team and employees not putting in work makes it hard on everyone else. Younger employees seem to get promoted fast.
