Pros

ESOP is only good thing about this company.

Cons

Very corporate, do not like outside thinkers. All decisions made from the top and trickled down. If you don’t agree with something, keep it to yourself or risk having a target on your back. They claim to value people, but the bottom line is what is cared about the most, always asking how much more can we get out of each individual.

Pros

- Sometimes it has the perfect amount of busy where you do not have the entire screen filled with orders and 7 back. - Coworkers are nice - Flexible hours

Cons

- Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner rush - Bad customers (as all customer service jobs) - Sometimes lazy coworkers so you have to do a lot on your own - For the amount labor I do at my current job its not really worth it. (especially because I know coworkers who get paid 17-18 despite contributing nothing)
