Pros
It is a fair and secure job where one is given opportunities for promotion if one works well and shows enthusiasm toward the job. As a part time employee, one is given working hours fairly in respect to ones work ethic.
Cons
Some store locations have problems with management, scheduling, and employees. In my experience, moving locations from a well-functioning store to a less functional store caused many problems. The management was unmotivated and problematic to the workplace. Scheduling was asymmetric and extremely preferential to earlier shifts rather then later ones. Employees regularly got away with terminable offenses.
