CLEAR & Consistent expectations

This company had it TOGETHER-- all training was streamlined& clear. There are many checks&balances--meaning no management could be a dictator--- tthis was BY FAR the best company I have ever worked for. They truly care about their employees *(support for financial troubles, support for health issues). They also have excellent bonuses and you can be quickly promoted. This is NOT a gas station- it's so much more. Wawa is innovative and welcomes ideas and implements changes for the better often. FREE FOOD- not free, but nearly!!-- They be recently added a 50cent/$1/$1.50 menu for their employees. You can get up to 3 items per shift and it's the good stuff too- macncheese, chicken tenders, bagels,hotdogs, select shorti sandwiches.
Cons
If people 'call out' the shift can feel a tad hectic, but management always tried to get someone else to come in to cover the missing person's shift.
