Lots of talent and great colleagues, most of the people you run into are caring and interculturally smart. If going into the office is your thing, the office setting is great with a "startup" feeling and centrally located in Boston.

Cons

Leadership is unhinged (CEO)... Review the 11-paragraph rant sent in December 2023. Self-inflected mass layoffs. Not an actual tech company and the majority of the work is manual and not scalable.
