Wayfair hires extremely talented, motivated and intelligent individuals. The drive for excellence is high and the pace moves fast. You are empowered to "make it happen" so there is a lot of autonomy in the work. Awesome employee discount!

Cons

The company has been in business for over 20 years now and still operates like a startup. The autonomy of that is great however, it is time to put more processes in place that reflect the business unit. The scrappy approach should not still be the norm.
