Pros

Depends on the team but you can find teams with great energy and chemistry and it makes the experience a lot better. It also depends on the department you happen to be in. There's also generally good opportunities for development.

Cons

It's not the most stable company to be at. While generally compensation is good, it comes at risk. In the past years, company has gone through a number of restructurings and layoffs.

Pros

Amazing pay, benefits, compensation, and people.

Cons

Upper management has no clue what they are doing. They highered someone to turn their image around with the customers, but destroyed their employees in the process. They took a work force of 98 people for escalation and changed it to a revolving team of 2-4 floor managers at a time. Then didnt really have a clear directive on what they wanted that 98 person work force to do. Everyone was just winging it. It is clear that they are trying to pull out of the US workforce and move to where they can pay less.
