Pros
Used to pay good salary and had an outlook for growing. I had a chance to work with so many fantastic colleagues.
Cons
Tech organisation is a mess. Engineering culture is low and overall architecture has soooo much room for improvement. It feels like you work at start up (because of unprofessionalism), but the company is 20 years old. 3 waves of layoffs (or as they call them RIF) moved morale and motivation to the bottom of a dumpster. Top management are wannabe experts, but in reality they are incompetent trouble makers. It seems like the whole company is at full speed to its sunset. Would absolutely recommend to avoid working there.
