Appeal is fading fast

Pros

Met some really great people with this being a fun and young work environment. Location is also pretty good.

Cons

Unfortunately the appeal isn't as great as the experience. They grew too fast without any sort of structure in place. Managers don't have experience and there's no guidance and direction for your job. Sometimes the expectations are much higher than what is realistically doable and unfortunately most people have way too much on their plate to focus on doing a good job! Hope this company can get some sort of structure or management training programs before they crash and burn. If you're reading this and thinking about applying, I would wait a while for the growing pains to work themselves out. There's a good possibility you'll be frustrated with the job/company quickly once you start.

Pros

-Excellent benefits including share scheme, private healthcare and dentalcare, better than industry average. -A meritocratic environment, if you work hard you are rewarded and recognised. -Very sociable and friendly culture, every Friday we finish early and have drinks! -Company has huge potential and your actions can really influence the growth of the company. -Managers are very pro-active in encouraging your development and ensuring you get to your end goal. -Company regularly provides updates on company performance and goals domestically and internationally. - Innovative, constantly changing processes to make them more efficient and make your role more efficient.

Cons

-Hours are 9-6 vs 9-5 in most offices. -Initial onboarding salary could be higher and reflect previous experience more.
