      Pros

      Employee discounts are great.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about workers. Will fire you if absent twice in first 60 days no matter the case. Pray you don't get injured or have a death around you or you're 100% a goner.

      Pros

      Fairly lax environment with friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Low pay. Horrendous turnover. Poor management due to inexperienced employees being prematurely thrust into managerial positions. Lack of growth as the company has grown to over 1,500 employees and counting.

      Pros

      Super transparent, meritocratic, diverse group of employees. Everyone is highly motivated, but still manages to preserve excellent work-life balance. Great opportunities for career advancement and lateral moves between departments. Managers seem to genuinely care about your short and long term career goals. Strong culture of innovation and commitment to excellence. All of the trappings of a startup, without any of the baggage.

      Cons

      Open floor plan can make it hard to focus. Sheer size of the organization can be tough to navigate. ...too much purple around the office? Idk, not a lot of complaints here.
