      Pros

      This is unlike any place I have worked. It is very positive and the culture here is special. You can talk to anyone regardless of title, I have my own desk and the training was really good. I used to work in this building before and it was so ugly and depressing. I see how much they have put into this building and it looks so different and classy. They really care about us.

      Cons

      So far there aren't any that I can think of except, I hope this place is as good when the Director and Trainers leave to go and open up another location. They have created such a happy/safe/fun place to work.

      Pros

      Everyone is very energetic about the company and its rapid growth. There is a good balance between hard work, but still maintaining a fun and collaborative work environment.

      Cons

      Pay is low, so people tend to move on and just use the company as a stepping stone.

      The company is growing and getting good press.

      Cons

      Wayfair couldn't care less about supporting the people who work for them. They pay horribly and treat their employees like commodities. Maybe smart recent grads with Ivy League degrees are a dime a dozen in Boston, but a company can't be successful with longevity unless they invest in, care about, and support the people who contribute and ultimately are responsible for the growth and success of the company. Quarterly drinks are a great way to blow off steam, but a better strategy would be to prevent your employees from needing to blow off steam in the first place.
